FindDish support

Write to support@finddish.app and a person answers. Tell us your phone model and what you were doing. Please do not send your allergies or other health details by email: we do not need them to help you.

Something is wrong with a photo or another person's upload. Open the dish and tap ⋯ on the photo (Report or block this photograph). It is hidden from everybody as soon as you tell us, and a person looks at it afterwards. You can also choose to stop seeing that person's photos. If it is urgent, or you cannot use the app, write to support@finddish.app.

A dish has the wrong name, price or allergens. On the dish, choose Something about this dish is wrong. Somebody reads these and corrects the menu. A wrong allergen matters to us, but do not wait for the correction: ask the staff.

The app recommended something I cannot eat. FindDish goes by what the menu says, and a menu can leave things out. Always check with the staff before you order. Tell us at support@finddish.app which dish and restaurant, so we can look at what happened.

The menu cannot be read. Try more light and the whole page in frame. One scan takes up to ten pages. A menu that is only a picture on a website may not be readable.

I do not want AI services to receive my data. Go to Profile and turn off Sending data to AI services. Scanning, voice and reading what you write stop working; the map, search and catalogue carry on. Words typed into search still go to a model, with nothing about you attached.

I want my allergies gone. Go to Profile and take back your consent. We delete your saved allergies. Your other answers stay.

I want a copy of my data. Profile → Export my data.

I want to delete my account. Profile → Delete your account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. What is deleted and what stays. You can also ask at support@finddish.app.

Your other rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability: write to support@finddish.app. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD. See the privacy policy.
